Warsaw Security Forum 2023 Volunteering Program
We are pleased to welcome you to the Volunteering Program of the Warsaw Security Forum 2023.
The Casimir Pulaski Foundation (CPF) offers the opportunity to volunteer at the Warsaw Security Forum during
the 3rd and 4th October 2023. The Volunteering program is unpaid and will last 3 to 4 days (including the
training sessions in the run up to the event). More information on the conference itself is available at:
https://warsawsecurityforum.org/. Throughout working with us, we hope to help volunteers develop many
valuable skills and provide you with hands-on experience of the organization of such an event as the WSF.
What can we offer?
❖ participation in one of the biggest security conferences in Central and Eastern Europe,

❖ participation in some workshops organized by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and its sister foundation
– the European Academy of Diplomacy,
❖ diplomatic protocol training
❖ a 200zł voucher to spend on courses organized by the European Academy of Diplomacy within 12
months after receiving it,
❖ a certificate acknowledging the participation,
❖ working with a very motivated and inspiring team.

Afterwards a short meeting (preferably online) will be scheduled with a volunteer coordinator.

Until 28.08 – receiving applications
1.07 – 31.08 – interviews with chosen candidates
5.09 – choosing the coordinators of volunteering teams
September – trainings with volunteers (around 10h)
1.10 – 2.10 – final trainings
3.10 – 4.10 – Warsaw Security Forum
What is the Warsaw Security Forum?
The Warsaw Security Forum (WSF) is a leading European platform devoted to transatlantic cooperation and
focused on elaborating shared responses to common security challenges.
The WSF annual conference convenes over 1500 participants from 40 countries, among others heads of state,
ministers, leading personalities of international and non-governmental organizations, high-ranking
representatives from business, the media, academia, and civil society.
Since its inception in 2014, the Warsaw Security Forum has been organized by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation,
in strategic partnership with NATO, the National Security Bureau to the President of the Republic of Poland and
under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland.
The annual conference, as well as a number of side-events and programs branded as the “Road to Warsaw
Security Forum” are a result of cooperation with over 40 strategic stakeholders, Partnerships include four
international organizations – the Council of Europe, the European Union (EU); the North Atlantic Treaty
Organization (NATO) and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) – as well as 30
American and European think-tanks.
